Geomorphology: agents and factors

The relief is the group of geographical features that can be seen on the Earth's surface.
Geomorphology: branch of geography and geology which studies the Earth's surface. It also studies the relief, the factors that have an influence on it and the agents that form it.

Factors which have an influence on the relief

-The climate. It has an influence in all types of relief, except in the coastal relief. The agents that form the relief depend on the climate. The climate also has an influence on the type of life-forms that live in a place.
-The lithology: it is the kind of rock.
-Structural factors: the relief depends on the place where rocks are.
-Other factors: the time, humans, and the water cycle.

Geological agents
Geological agents form the relief. They can be:
-Internal geological agents: they create the relief; for example: tectonic plates' movement.
-External geological agents: for example: wind, water and ice, they destroy the relief
